Table Talk! Show

Engaging and educational discussions with other guest AFC providers and experts on topics that support your organization's mission.

This benefit helps you fulfill Michigan State Licensing ongoing education requirements (not CE Credits - those programs are provided at locations like local colleges and involve most of a weekend). The type of credit we offer is also required by the State of Michigan, but is called "ongoing education". Table Talk! is the most fun and convenient way to accomplish these requirements each year - worth the cost of membership on it's own!

New episodes are released every four weeks, with the archive of all previous episodes available to watch at any time!

Private Community

Online private community for AFC Mastermind Members to share thoughts and ideas with other members, increase connections, receive and provide support, and get help with studies while taking CPS courses. We post on useful topics often, and answer questions that members post.

Open Beds Listing

The Care Provider Solutions Open Beds List is a place for AFC Mastermind Members to post their available beds to be viewed by guardians and case managers looking to place residents. You'll have access to a convenient form to quickly and easily submit your openings.

Mastermind Members have exclusive access to submit open beds to the list, which is available to be publicly viewed by case managers and caregivers looking for trusted AFC homes.

Pro Provider Award

This membership includes the opportunity to earn the Pro Provider Award by attending at least 10 Table Talk! shows and completing at least 10 challenges.

Member Meet-Ups

Member Meet-Ups are opportunities for AFC Mastermind Members and coaches to gather, network, and grow with individuals that all share the same mission of care, compassion, and success.


Member Meet Ups are hosted by coaches once per quarter at local coffee shops. Information can be found within the Member Meet-Up course. Be sure to add them to your calendar!

Live Q&A Sessions

Every second Tuesday of the month from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, Care Provider Solutions hosts live virtual question and answer sessions for AFC Mastermind Members.

Sessions are recorded for future reference, and for members that can't attend.
